Privacy
How Baysi handles the details you give us when you register your interest.
What we collect
Your name, email address, club and (optionally) role, plus a record of when you agreed to be contacted and the wording you agreed to. To limit spam we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, which can't be turned back into the address.
Why
Only to tell you about Baysi Golf and related Baysi news, and to understand which clubs are interested. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.
Who handles it
Baysi, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our database is hosted by Supabase (Sydney, Australia) and this website by Vercel. These providers process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 by emailing jamesflay.project@gmail.com. We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.
